Here is the desription of its main features.

The HUMSHAU HPLC Column Oven is based on unique heat distribution concept for efficient temperature control of liquid chromatography columns. The columns are secured in controlled temperature environment, stabilized by reliable PID microprocessor controlled thermal circuit.

In HUMSHAU HPLC Column Oven the columns are attached directly in vertical position from the front door so no additional plumbing is required. The compartment accepts 3/8”O.D HPLC columns of any length up to 30cm.The compartment heat sink, Stainless steel heat reflector walls and column holders to accommodate different columns configurations .The holders hold the columns of various sizes having heat proof base to avoid direct heating of column’s body.

            In standard use, the tubing typically enters and exit through the both sides external holes ensuring short tubing and other advantage is that the Oven can be placed at either side of the HPLC System according to the availability of the space.

            Column temperature is set on a temperature controller unit which is permanently fixed with the Unit. The space around the column is surrounded by Heat Sink Block which provides the column a suitable set temperature and addition of heat distribution fan in this latest model distribute the heat to maintain the stable set temperature environment.

            Actual temperature and the user-selected set point temperatures are displayed on the controller’s LCD. The time required to stabilize the set point temperature will depend upon the flow rate and temperature level.

            The Leakage Detection system beeps to inform you in time about the leakage in the column or its tubing without wasting of your time, damaging of system and wasting of mobile phase.

            A wall mounted power supply in the unit provides safe operating low voltage. The 220Volts AC and 12Volts DC Power supply plugs directly into an electrical outlet. There are no other requirements for installing or operating the HUMSHAU HPLC Column Ovens.
